RE:    Mary Lou Woo, Trustee v. Bobby N. Harmon - Case No. 74 166 00491 03 JAFA

Dear Mr. Farris:

This further responds to Steven Guttman’s letter to you dated June 19, 2004, in which he listed eighty-two individuals with whom, he said, “Mr. Harmon should be barred from communicating with in any manner, either directly or indirectly, by correspondence, copies of correspondence, emails, facsimiles, telephone or any other means of communication.” Mr. Guttman also demanded in his letter that the following website sub-directory be removed from internet:

 www.the-catbird-seat.net/HarmonArbitration.htm

Almost daily, news articles appear in the media regarding persons who are not specifically named on Complainant’s list, but who are directly connected with the Kamehameha Schools controversies and to this arbitration case. One of the most recent, high-profile cases involves the firing, for cause, of University of Hawaii’s president, Evan Dobelle. More information regarding Mr. Dobelle’s firing, and the connections with Kamehameha Schools and this arbitration case, can be found at:

 www.the-catbird-seat.net/FiringDobelle.htm

A second case involves the resignation of Connecticut Governor John G. Rowland in the wake of federal corruption investigations and legislative impeachment hearings involving free gifts, trips and favors he received from state contractors and employees. More on Connecticut Governor John G. Rowland, and his connections with Kamehameha Schools and others in this case, can be found at:

 www.the-catbird-seat.net/ConnecticutConnection.htm

These new developments demonstrate, again, the strong financial and political ties between various entities involved with this arbitration. In light of this new information, I am, therefore, reiterating my request for the American Arbitration Association to disqualify Judith Neustadter Fuqua as Arbitrator in this case.

Thank you very much for your careful consideration of this request.

Sincerely yours,

Bobby N. Harmon
