Dear Ms. Chung:
This acknowledges receipt of your facsimile communication dated January 22, 2004, in which you state:
“Please be advised that Aon Insurance Managers is no longer the captive manager of P&C Insurance Company, Inc. Please do not send future correspondence to our company...”
I thank you for this information, and ask that you please advise me of the time and date your Management Contract ended, and the name and address of P&C’s new captive manager. This information is important because on December 20, 2003, I sent a Notice of Claim against Aon to Craig Watanabe of your office, a copy of which is included with this letter for your information.
As you are probably aware, the fact that Aon is no longer under contract with P&C does not absolve you from any legal responsibilities for actions, or inactions, taken by Aon during the contract period. As requested, however, once you have provided me with the name and address of P&C’s new captive manager, I will direct to them any future letters that relate solely to matters arising after the date your contract was terminated.
