This is to inform you that I have not as yet received a reply to my original Notice of Claim dated June 21, 2002, or to my follow-up dated July 9, 2002, both of which were sent c/o Marsh Management Services, Inc.
I have been informed by Marsh that they are no longer the management company for P&C Insurance, and that they have forwarded both letters to your office for response.
Would you kindly have the insurance company for P&C confirm receipt of my Notice of Claim as soon as possible.
