RE: Notice of Claim Against PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, et al.

Gentlemen:

This is to advise that your insurance company has not yet responded to my formal Notice of Claim dated June 25, 2002.

As you follow up on this matter, would you please advise your insurance company to add “obstruction of justice” and “securities fraud” to the list of allegations in my Notice of Claim, and to add the following names to the list of involved entities:

Goldman Sachs, Inc.; Robert Rubin; Kamehameha Activities Association; the Knight Partnership, Nathan Aipa, General Counsel; Pauahi Holdings Corporation; Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Inc.; and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

As it has been over thirty days since my original Notice of Claim, I ask that you please have your INSURANCE COMPANY promptly acknowledge receipt of this claim.

Very truly yours,

Bobby N. Harmon
