Emergent BioSolutions expanding Lansing BioPort operation
LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today participated in a cornerstone ceremony at BioPort Corporation in Lansing. In celebrating the company’s new facility, Granholm said the company and its decision to expand in Michigan is evidence that her comprehensive economic plan is paying dividends.
“We have the most comprehensive, aggressive jobs plan in the nation,” Granholm said. “It’s a six-point plan to create jobs today and jobs tomorrow and ensure that everyone in Michigan has the tools they need to compete.”
BioPort Corporation, a subsidiary of Emergent BioSolutions, is the nation’s only FDA-approved manufacturer of the anthrax vaccine in the United States. The company announced in February that it will invest $75 million to build a new 50,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lansing. The expansion was made possible, in part, by a single business tax credit offered by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). The company was considering building their new facility in Maryland.

Few men, active or retired, are more despised in the military today than Admiral William C. Crowe.
"His name is now a curse word in the Navy," says a lieutenant commander in Pensacola, who asked that his identity be withheld. But L. "Mike" Keating, a highly-respected submariner and career Navy man from Arizona, told us he considers Crowe to be "nothing more than a political whore."
"Ronald Reagan was a great president, in my opinion," the retired vet said, "and he made Crowe chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. That was a big mistake. He didn't know the admiral would back-stab the party for a promise from a politician who said he "loathed the military." [Former President William Clinton, the record will show, rewarded Crowe with the job of Ambassador to Great Britain after the Republican "brass hat" endorsed the Democrat's 1992 election bid.]

But the most anger is reserved for Crowe's crass and cruel profiteering on the backs of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines with his part ownership of Bioport, the trouble-plagued Michigan drug-making facility that has an exclusive deal with the government to "manufacture" so-called Anthrax "vaccine" to allegedly "protect" our troops.
In reality, the plant was shut down numerous times by the FDA due to "unsanitary conditions" and court battles have raged for years trying to halt the use of the controversial drug after several service members died and many more were crippled.
Perhaps the worst crime of all was the many members of the military who were court-martialed or lost their careers because they refused to be "guinea-pigged" by the experimental "vaccine."
Earlier on these pages, we exposed Crowe's "sweetheart deal" with then-President Clinton and his non-veteran, former Secretary of Defense William Cohen.
WHAT KIND OF "HUMAN BEING" IS THIS?
Millions of dollars of taxpayers' money was poured into the Michigan plant, despite loud protests from many quarters of the nation. It was akin to Al Capone "dictating" that all Americans would now drink Blatz Beer, and only Blatz Beer. In fact, if they didn't drink it, they could go to jail or lose their livelihoods. Since the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines are a captive audience and must obey all orders, it was a $CAM that riveled the Mafia for fiendish profit.
And that leads us to ask what kind of man, what kind of so-called "human-being," would make money off such misery inflicted on our nation's service members and their families?
Don't you have enough money already from your fat pension, you old pirate, to not have to participate in such evil?
Can you look yourself in the mirror in the morning, knowing you became a "prostitute" for the likes of self-proclaimed "war hero" John Kerry?
What kind of reception do you think you would get at the Naval Academy today? Or Pensacola, San Diego or Norfolk?
You have no shame, Admiral Crowe. You are a disgrace to the uniform.

AN OPEN LETTER TO SEN. DANIEL INOUYE
Dear Senator,
Everyone at www.MilitaryCorruption.com salutes you for your distinguished service to our country, in peace and war.
You are a man who lost an arm in combat, who received the Congressional Medal of Honor. Not only Hawaii, but all Americans - especially veterans - respect what you have done for our nation.
We have noted that the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation, in a "black tie gala" (sponsored by all the big defense contractors) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington on October 25th, is presenting you with the Naval Heritage Award.
Of course you deserve that accolade and many more, but senator, by appearing on the same dais with the likes of William Crowe, what does that say to your many constituents in Hawaii and military members all over America who are at this very moment fighting a courageous battle against the forced anthrax shot program?
This "vaccine" has not been proven to work, in fact, quite the contrary. Yet, selfish politicians who have a big financial stake in the program - chief among them, retired Adm. Crowe - care only about how much money they can make.
Please senator, don't lend your considerable prestige to this event. Advertisements for the dinner nowhere reveal that "awardee" Crowe is chairman of the board of the very organization "honoring" him. He wants men like you and former Boston Celtics coach "Red" Auerbach to sit next to him to lend him an air of "respectibility."
That is like planting posies next to a dung heap. The stink is still overpowering.
We urge you to reconsider attending such a function and thank you for reading this heartfelt plea.

Anthrax Vaccine Linked to
Death of Worker at the Plant
Did exposure to anthrax vaccine cause the death of a man who worked in the plant that manufactures the vaccine?
According to an autopsy report, the answer is yes. But that finding is being vigorously challenged by the vaccine manufacturer, Bioport Corporation of Lansing, Mich. Bioport is the sole supplier of anthrax vaccine to the US military.
The victim was a 61-year-old man who regularly handled laboratory animals that were used in testing the vaccine. A county medical examiner who conducted the postmortem investigation reports that the man succumbed to ventricular arrhythmia associated with what was described as a disseminated "inflammatory response" caused by the vaccine. The victim had submitted to vaccination against anthrax as a requirement for retaining his job. Bioport says the man's death cannot clearly be linked to immunization with the vaccine.
Meantime, a series of witnesses from the armed services, who claim they were sickened after receiving the vaccine, have appeared before the House Government Reform Committee in Washington and urged Congress to halt the mandatory vaccination program.

As expected, Adm. Thomas Fargo's nomination as the 20th commander in chief of the Pacific Command cleared the U.S. Senate last night.
Fargo will assume command of the world's sixth-largest armed forces group with 300,000 American soldiers, sailors, Marines and airmen at a full military ceremony at 4 p.m. Thursday at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe.
He will replace retiring Adm. Dennis Blair as the head of a force of 190 warships and 400 combat aircraft. Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz will be the guest speaker at Thursday's change of command...
Fargo will become the U.S. Pacific commander as there continue to be threats of armed conflict between China and Taiwan, between North Korea and South Korea, and between India and Pakistan.
Vice Adm. Walter F. Doran has been nominated to replace Fargo as Pacific Fleet commander. His nomination was among the 1,349 promotions approved by the Senate Armed Services Committee last night and sent to the floor action. Final action is expected to take place tonight.
Doran, 56, has been serving as assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff since September 2000. Fargo, 53, took over as Pacific Fleet commander on Oct. 8, 1999.
In 1958 the command of the Pacific Fleet was separated from that of the Pacific Command. Since then, chiefs of the Pacific Command have been:

The career path of Niv Harizman is a dark side -- Chicago Board of Options Exchange (put into play by First Chicago group, Robert Angelo Podesta) when Peter G. Peterson (school under MI6 Sir William Wiseman) was Secretary of Commerce in 1972-1973 under Nixon; and Robert Angelo Podesta was Under Secretary of Commerce -- both Chicago, and at least one of them Chicago Outfit... pushed through legislation to approve creation of Chicago Board of Options Exchange. (Can't have options trading as it exists in its current form without options on equities to pair, i.e., can't have a bubble economy without a bubble machines). Peterson, currently Chairman Council on Foreign Relations, Chairman New York Fed, moved the up the ranks along notorious Chicago bank lines; 1985 sets up The Blackstone Group when Carlucci sets up "The Carlyle Group" aka Carlyle in same year.
Admr. Crowe, following retirement in 1989, held board positions on Merrill Lynch, General Dynamics, and Texaco, all very "Republican" companies at the time ... and prior to the time SEC when online on internet -- these Proxies are not available online ...
Below you will see in Admr. Crowe's bio that Intervac is listed as an investment company. There is no apparent over-lap with others involved in Intervac, however, one doesn't know ... Helix Capital origin and roots for example, there could be a relationship through financing. Note the interesting investors in Kellstrom Industries.
