Dear Mr. Tsukazaki:
As I have not yet received a response from you, or the court, regarding my letter to you requesting a postponement of the referenced Hearing before Judge David A. Ezra, I do not know whether, or not, the scheduled Hearing was held without my participation. In either event, I hereby wish to advise you that if Kamehameha Schools has retained your law firm for this case - even though you have a clear conflict of interest - I respectfully ask that you provide an Attorney of Record letter evidencing the fact that you have been authorized to act on their behalf in this particular case.
Furthermore, as these documents will be material evidence in this case, I hereby request that you provide copies of any, and all, Attorney of Record letters that your firm has received for all previous legal cases involving myself, Kamehameha Schools and its related companies. As you know, from the very beginning of these actions my contention has been that your office may not have been KSBE’s and P&C Insurance Company’s legal representative in these previous cases. It would now appear that my suspicions have proven to be correct as your office still has not provided these Attorney of Record documents - even after eight years of legal actions and throughout these various proceedings, including the Arbitration.
