Subject:      Violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes, Vol. 13, Chap. 634F

Ref. CV05-00030 - David C. Farmer, Trustee vs. Harmon

Dear Mr. Bennett:

This is to report new violations of Hawaii’s “Anti-SLAPP” statute, HRS Vol 13, Chap. 634F, by the United States Department of Justice and Successor Trustees James B. Nicholson and David C. Farmer. As you have been previously advised, this case arose from efforts to obstruct justice in EQ2048, as well as in my RICO lawsuit, and the subsequent shut-down of the website www.the-catbird-seat.net ordered by Judge David Ezra in clear violation of my First Amendment Rights.

I also consider this to be an ongoing case of racketeering involving many of the parties named in my original RICO lawsuit, plus other parties who are currently under investigation by the FBI and other law enforcement and regulatory agencies. You will find additional information at:

I respectfully request that you acknowledge receipt of this letter, and take immediate action to enforce Hawaii Revised Statute HRS Vol 13, Chap. 634F.

Thank you for your consideration and your concern for the public welfare.

Very truly yours,

Bobby N. Harmon, CPCU, ARM
