I have been ORDERED to appear for a Rule 16 Scheduling Conference at 9:00 a.m., April 11, 2005, before Magistrate Judge Kevin S.C. Chang in Courtroom 5, in U.S. District Court, Honolulu, Hawaii. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a meeting of the parties must occur at least 21 days prior to the Scheduling Conference and a report submitted to the Court. Therefore, I ask that P&C Insurance Company provide to me an attorney as soon as possible in order to respond to this Order.
