WILLIAM CHEE
William (Bill) S. Chee is the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Locations LLC, one of the State's largest real estate firms providing residential brokerage, relocation, property management, and property research. He has been a Director of Hawaii National Bank since 1990 and is a member of the Bank's Audit and Corporate Governance, Executive, and CRA Committees.
William Chee has the distinction of being the only person from Hawaii to have served as President of the National Association of Realtors, an 800,000 member organization. He has also been the past President of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and the Hawaii Association of Realtors. His professional designations include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
Mr. Chee is a Director of the Institute of Human Services, Hawaii Family Dental Service, Resco Inc., Wells Fargo Mortgage of Hawaii, Real Estate Title Solutions, and the National Association of Realtors.
Mr. Chee is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
William Chee is expected to testify regarding his business, professional, personal and political relationships with Prudential Locations, First American Title Insurance, Resco Inc., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate, Steve Crouch, Larry Mehau, Jesse James Bates, Peter Savio, Howard Luke, Paul Alston, Judith Neustadter Fuqua, Mary Lou Woo, Steven Guttman, Summit Communications, Broadband iTV (BbiTV), Don E. Carroll, Robert Kihune, Gilbert Tam, Lawrence Johnson, Bank of Hawaii, Bill Mills, Stanford Carr, George Ariyoshi, John Waihee, Steve Case, Oceanic Time-Warner Cable, Colbert Matsumoto, Jeff Watanabe, and others to be named upon discovery.
