Gensiro Kawamoto is a Japanese real estate developer; purchaser of Kamehameha Schools real estate properties; listed in Steven Guttman’s letter dated June 21, 2004, to James Farris of the American Arbitration Association, as a person Defendant should be “barred from communicating with in any manner...”

Gensiro Kawamoto is expected to testify regarding the reason(s) Defendant should be barred from communicating with him in any manner.
