Christine Lee is expected to testify as to the reporting and handling of Harmon’s various claims against KS and its subsidiaries, and provide basic information regarding these claims, such as: Claim Number, Date Claim Made, Insurance Carrier, Policy Number, Policy Period, Name of Claims Adjuster. If these claims were NOT REPORTED to the insurance carrier or their agent or broker, Christine Lee will be asked why these claims were not reported. This witness is also expected to testify as to her relationships with Nathan Aipa, Louanne Kam, Colleen Wong, Rocco Sansone, Peter Lowe, Marsh & McLennan, P&C Insurance Co., Hamilton McCubbin, Dee Jay Mailer, Rodney Park, Wally Chin, and others to be named upon discovery.
