This witness is expected to testify regarding alleged kickbacks from lessees to KSBE managers and employees, including the events and circumstances regarding the “sandlewood investigation” of Umikoa Ranch which led to the trustees approval of disciplinary action against Mr. Rosehill, William Stayton, Guido Giacometti, Sydney Keliipuleole and Wallace Terrell.

William Rosehill witness is also expected to testify regarding Bishop Estate’s relationship with Senator David Matsuura.

Mr. Rosehill is also expected to testify regarding the treatment of his wrongful termination claim settlement as wages, with the issuance of an IRS Form W-2 to him by Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate, at the insistence of United Educators Insurance Co., over the initial objections of Colleen Wong and others in KSBE’s Legal Division.

William Rosehill is also expected to testify regarding his knowledge, if any, of the alleged arrangement made by Henry Peters that a portion of the funds from the insurance company’s settlement of Mr. Rosehill’s wrongful termination claim be required to be given as a “kick-back” to the Big Island’s Chapter of the Kamehameha Alumni Association.

Mr. Rosehill is also expected to testify regarding his relationships with Henry Peters, Milton Holt, Nam Snow, Nathan Aipa, Colleen Wong, Lyn Anzai, Louanne Kam, Gil Tam, Marsh & McLennan, United Educators Risk Retention Group, J. Douglas Ing, Watanabe Ing & Kawashima, Robert Herkes, Henry Peters, Bob Lindsey, Robert Katz, Matt Tsukazaki, and others to be named upon discovery.
