CHRISTIAN WOLFFER
German-born investor who owns Sagpond Vineyards in the Hamptons.
In 1996, Mr. Wolffers Company, Euro Investors, purchased a majority stake in the Sea Life and Waimea Falls parks, taking over a $12 million loan of the previous owners from Bank of Hawaii. He sold Sea Life Park, but later declared bankruptcy on Waimea Falls Park. Mr. Wolffer’s attorney was William A. McCorriston.
After years of controversy, Waimea Falls Park was sold to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA). The McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon LLP law firm also represents OHA and Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate.

This witness is expected to testify regarding his business, professional and personal relationships with William A. McCorriston, The Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Governor John Waihee, John Waihee IV, Oswald Stender, Clayton Hee, Jeremy Harris, and others to be determined upon discovery.
