Judith Neustadter Fuqua, Esq. - Ref. Mary Lou Woo, Trustee v. Harmon - Case No. 74 166 00491 03 JAFA

Dear Mr. Slate:

On November 4, 2004, I submitted a First Notice of Claim against the American Arbitration Association to James B. Farris, Senior Case Manager, of your Fresno, California office. In this letter to Mr. Farris, I stated:

“I ask that you immediately report this claim to your professional liability insurance carrier and request that one of their authorized claims representatives contact me as soon as possible for further details. Since I am prohibited from directly contacting your appointed arbitrator, Judith Neustadter Fuqua, I also ask that you provide a copy of this Notice of Claim to her in order that she may immediately report this claim to her professional liability carrier and have that company’s authorized claims adjuster contact me directly.”

As I have not yet received a response from Mr. Farris, or from the AAA’s professional liability insurance carrier, to this Notice of Claim, I am sending this second notice to your attention.
