Re:     Notice of Fraud, Bad Faith and Professional Liability Claims Against:

American Arbitration Association; Julie Schermerhorn; Justin Schuck; James Farris; William K. Slate, II; Judith Neustadter Fuqua

Dear Mr. English:

As I have not received a response to my claims notice dated May 4, 2009, I am filing this follow-up Notice of Fraud, Bad Faith and Professional Liability Claims against the American Arbitration Association and the individuals named above. Additional information regarding these claims can be found on-line at:

I would point out that Hawaii has a Mandatory Reporting requirement for suspected claims fraud, and immunity provisions which grant individuals immunity from prosecution relative to good faith reporting of suspected insurance fraud information. Also, please be notified that I submitted a fraud report on February 26, 2008, to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC Fraud ID: 9019048316) with an estimated amount of loss of $1,000,000.

Since you have not responded to my latest Notice of Claim, which is yet another act of bad faith, I am increasing my demand for financial and emotional damages to $3,000,000 in settlement of all claims against the American Arbitration Association and all parties engaged by and/or representing your organizagion in this matter.

I respectfully request an immediate, good-faith response to this valid Notice of Claim, from either your office and/or your appropriate insurance carrier(s) .

Very truly yours,

Bobby N. Harmon, CPCU, ARM
