We have received another Delinquent Real Property Tax Bill from the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Finance, Real Property Tax Collection Section, for the years 1998-1999 and 1999-2000. The total amount due is $506.81, of which $129.88 is shown as penalty and interest.
In previous correspondence I believe you stated that the Trustee would be paying this tax from the Estate; therefore, we are sending you this copy for your records.
