Mark Bennett, Attorney General
State of Hawaii

Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
RE: Request for Criminal Investigation of Marsh & McLennan, et al., and
Breach of Agreement by Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate
Dear Attorney General Bennett:
This is to provide further information relating to my letters of December 10, and December 27, 2004, regarding the overcharges to Kamehameha Schools by Marsh & McLennan, and the breach of Bishop Estate’s agreement with your office that they would not destroy files or retaliate against any employee who came forward with information to aid in the Attorney General’s investigation.
The document that I am providing herein is my letter to Carolyn Woods, an auditor for the Internal Revenue Service, dated November 10, 1997. As that letter refers to a number of documents which were returned to Bishop Estate under court injunction, I am also providing a list of these documents for your reference. Your office already has complete copies of all documents in file, which Deputy Attorney General Hugh Jones should be able to provide to you.
As the letter to Carolyn Woods, and the list of documents, contain too many pages for me to send by facsimile or mail, as a practical matter I am only attaching copies to my e-mail. These copies can be also be found on the Internet at:
www.the-catbird-seat.net/IRS-11-10-97.htm
www.the-catbird-seat.net/BH-Documents.htm
As I also mentioned to you in my letter of December 27, 2004, I have a Hearing related to these matters before Judge Robert J. Faris at 9:30 A.M. on January 19, 2005, and it is important that I obtain a true, signed copy of the Bishop Estate Agreement as soon as possible for submission to the Court. If you will be unable to provide a copy of this Agreement within the next few days, will you please advise me immediately by facsimile or e-mail.
Further information regarding this Hearing can be found at:
www.the-catbird-seat.net/BK-Objection-1-19-5.htm
As I mentioned in my previous letters, there are too many documents available which give evidence to my claims of fraud and retaliation that I am unable to include them all with these letters; however, I can furnish more information upon your request. Further related information can also be found at the following website:

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Very truly yours,
Bobby N. Harmon, CPCU, ARM
