Dear Ms. Katz:
This is to advise you that I have not received a reply to my last correspondence to you dated October 3, 2006. in which I stated that I expected Island Insurance Company to honor my previous tenders of defense and take full responsibility for the ultimate settlement of the lawsuit CV05-00030 - Office of the United States Trustee vs. Harmon, including the filing of any appeals in that case, AND/OR, to have your professional liability insurance carrier respond directly to me regarding these bad faith claims against your company.
Due to the fact that Island Insurance Company has not properly responded to these claims of bad faith, I am advising you that the amount of damages being demanded are significantly increased due to your non-response, and that I respectfully request your immediate reply to my claims notices and my letter dated October 3, 2006.
