Dear Trustees and Ms. Mailer:
As I have not received a response to my letter dated March 1, 2005, in which I offered alternate proposals to negotiate a global settlement of all outstanding claims against Kamehameha Schools, its trustees, officers, directors, employees, and subsidiaries, it appears that I now must pursue these claims on an individual basis. This letter, therefore, is to provide you with a Notice of Claim against Louanne Kam, Esq. and Christine Lee, as individuals, for fraud, misrepresentation, racketeering, obstruction of justice, unfair insurance claims practices, and other wrongful acts.
