Dear Trustees and Ms. Mailer:
As I have not received a response to my letter dated March 1, 2005, in which I proposed to negotiate a global settlement of all claims against Kamehameha Schools, its trustees, officers, directors, employees, and subsidiaries, it appears that I now must pursue these claims on an individual basis. This letter, therefore, is a Notice of Claim against Interim Trustee Ronald D. Libkuman, Esq., as an individual, for fraud, racketeering, obstruction of justice, and other wrongful acts.
