Peters, an individual, for fraud, racketeering, obstruction of justice, and other wrongful acts as related to his conflicting dual roles as a Kamehameha Schools’ trustee, and as the Chairman of the Board for P&C Insurance Company, Inc., during the time period of my RICO lawsuit and EQ2048. I ask that you take particular note that Henry H. Peters was NOT one of the signatories to the Settlement and Release Agreement on behalf of either Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate, or P&C Insurance Company, Inc. I also ask you to note that both Kamehameha Schools and P&C Insurance Company have been held by Arbitrator Judith Neustadter Fuqua to be included as “Real Parties In Interest” in the ongoing case of Mary Lou Woo vs. Bobby N. Harmon, Case No. CV05-00030 DAE KSC.
