Dear Mr. Tsukazaki:


Thank you for your letter dated July 5, 2002 in response to my Notice of Claim.


Please be informed that this is a NEW CLAIM; therefore, it would not be necessary to direct inquiries through Steven Guttman. Also, I feel that it would not be proper, or productive, for me to argue the claims or discuss the legalities of the Settlement, Release and Indemnification Agreement directly with you. Your arguments can be presented to your insurance company and they may contact me for further details.


Please report this claim, therefore, to your insurance company immediately in order to get the claim process underway.
