This is a formal Notice of Claim to be delivered to your insurance carrier(s) regarding alleged fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, racketeering, violation of IRS regulations and other wrongful acts relating to Kukui, Inc., and Paradise Petroleum, Inc., d.b.a. Ali`i Petroleum Company.
These alleged wrongful acts involve actions of the above named entities and Kamehameha Schools, its prior, interim, and present trustees; Harken Energy; Aloha Petroleum; James Ahloy; David Trask; Rocco Sansone; Dennis Fern; Gilbert Tam; Rodney Park; Yukio Takemoto; Mitchell Gilbert; Bruce Nakaoka; Eric Martinson; Aaron Au; Wally Chin; Gilbert Ishikawa; Myron Mitsuyasu; Nathan Aipa; Colleen Wong; Louanne Kam, and others yet to be named.
