RE: Notice of Bad Faith Claim Against Kenneth Hipp; Marr Hipp Jones & Wang; and
St. Paul Travelers Insurance Company
Dear Mr. Hipp:
As St. Paul Travelers has failed to respond to my previous Notices of Claims, I am hereby notifying you of this new Notice of Claim for bad faith due to the failure to respond to my prior claims notices. Although I have submitted several prior notices, I will refer to only one specific Notice of Claim here - my letter addressed to you dated February 12, 2005. You can find a copy of this letter at:
www.the-catbird-seat.net/Claim-Marr-Hipp-2-12-5.htm
For this bad faith act of failing to respond to a legitimate Notice of Claim, I am asking for the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from you, as an individual, plus the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from your law firm, Marr Hipp Jones and Wang, plus the sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the St. Paul Travelers Insurance Company, Inc.
I ask that you immediately acknowledge receipt of this Notice of Claim, and inform me of the date that you provided notice of this new claim to your current professional liability insurance carrier. When I am contacted by an authorized Claims Adjuster, I will provide him/her with further information, including a password in order that he or she can access additional claims information which is located at:
www.the-catbird-seat.net/x/Claims-Branch-Marr-Hipp-x.htm
Any failure to respond to this Notice of Claim, will be considered another act of bad faith and will result in further claims against you, your law firm and your current insurance carrier(s).
Very truly yours,
