RE: Notice of Claim Dated June 24, 2002, Against Marr Hipp Jones & Pepper, et al
Gentlemen:
In a letter dated July 22, 2002, John Jaeger, Claims Adjuster for First Insurance Company of Hawaii, informed me that they had reviewed my claim and had determined that their two policies for your firm do not cover my allegations against you. They further stated that your Professional Liability insurance carrier had also been placed on notice, and that I should be hearing from either that company or your office in the near future. A copy of his letter was sent to Martha Nobriga, of Seabury & Smith.
Please be advised by means of this letter that I have not yet received any word from either Seabury & Smith or your office. Would you kindly have your Professional Liability insurance carrier verify receipt of this claim as soon as possible since it has been nearly two months since my original notice of claim.
