RE: Notice of Claim Against Marsh Management Services, Inc., et al.
Gentlemen:
This is a follow-up to my original Notice of Claim dated August 2, 2002, in which I stated:
“This is to provide you with a formal Notice of Claim for alleged fraud, collusion to commit fraud, racketeering, obstruction of justice and other wrongful acts, involving Marsh Management Services, Inc.; P&C Insurance Co., Inc.; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; Miller & Chevalier; Trustees of Kamehameha Schools; Hamilton McCubbin; Rodney Park; Clyde Mark; James M. Cribley; Ron Poepoe; Rocco Sansone; Peter Lowe; Christine Lee; Nathan Aipa; Colleen Wong; Louanne Kam, and others yet to be named.
“Would you kindly have your INSURANCE COMPANY’S INDEPENDENT CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR acknowledge receipt of this claim within 10 days.”
In the months since I gave this first Notice of Claim, the wrongful acts described above have continued, unabated, to the present date. As no one representing Marsh & McLennan has ever contacted me to obtain additional details regarding this claim, the relevant accumulated information, involving many additional parties, has become quite substantial and too voluminous to send through the mail. Therefore, I have posted most of the related claims at the following Web address:

Again, I ask that you have your INSURANCE COMPANY’S INDEPENDENT CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR acknowledge receipt of this claim within 10 days. However, if you would prefer to join with other entities involved in this case to attempt to negotiate a GLOBAL SETTLEMENT of all claims with all parties, please have an authorized individual contact me for further discussion.
