Gentlemen:
This is to advise that your insurance company has not yet responded to my Notice of Claim dated June 25, 2002.
As you follow up on this matter, would you please advise your insurance company to add “obstruction of justice” to the list of allegations in my Notice of Claim letter, and to add the following names to the list of involved entities:
Kamehameha Activities Association; Goldman Sachs, Inc.; the Knight Partnership, Nathan Aipa, General Counsel; Pauahi Holdings Corporation; Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Inc., Richard Wong, President; Arthur Andersen, LLP; Eric Yeaman; Yukio Takemoto; Myron Mitsuyasu; Mitch Gilbert; Eric Martinson; Gilbert Ishikawa; Gilbert Tam; Guido Giacometti; Rodney Park; and Wally Chin.
As it has been over thirty days since my original Notice of Claim, I ask that you please have your INSURANCE COMPANY’S CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR acknowledge receipt of this claim as soon as possible.
