Would you please advise the current status of my NOTICE OF CLAIM submitted to your office on June 25, 2002, and my supplemental letters of July 15th and August 8th.
I again request that you please have your insurance company’s claims administrator or other legal representative contact me as soon as possible in order that I may provide them with current information regarding this claim.
As it has been over 60 days since my original notice, I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
