RE: New Notice of Bad Faith Claims Against P&C Insurance Company
Dear Mr. Cribley:
As P&C Insurance Company, Inc. has failed to respond to my previous Notices of Claims dated August 30, 2006, and October 19, 2006, I am hereby giving you a new Notice of Claim for these failures to respond to legitimate claims in good faith. Please note that these “bad faith” claims are separate from my claims of fraud, racketeering and malpractice, to which I am still awaiting a response.
Due to repeated failures to respond to these bad faith claims, and the long period of time involved, I am now increasing my demand to the sum of two million, five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000.00) from P&C Insurance Co., Inc., and its officers, directors, employees and independent contractors, past and present.
I ask that P&C Insurance Company immediately acknowledge receipt of this Notice of Bad Faith Claim. When I am contacted by your authorized Claims Adjuster, I will provide him/her with further information. Any failure to respond to this Notice of Claim, will be considered yet another act of bad faith and will result in further demands for damages.
