RE:     Notice of Bad Faith Claim Against P&C Insurance Company

Dear Ms. Clarke:

As P&C Insurance Company, Inc. has failed to respond to my prior reports of claims, I am hereby sending you, in your capacity as its president, this Notice of Claim for bad faith due to the failure to respond to my prior claims notices. Since the complete list of these prior claims is quite long, I will refer to only one specific Notice of Claim here - my letter addressed to you dated June 28, 2005. You can find a copy of this letter at:

www.the-catbird-seat.net/CV05-00030-PC-Tender-6-28-5.htm.

For these acts of bad faith in failing to respond to legitimate Notices of Claims, I am asking for the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from you, as an Officer of the company; plus the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from Louanne Kam, as an officer of the company; plus the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for each individual person who has served as an officer or director from January 1, 1997 to the present.

I ask that you immediately acknowledge receipt of this Notice of Claim. When I am contacted by your authorized Claims Adjuster, I will provide him/her with further information, including a password in order that he or she can access additional claims information which is located at:

www.the-catbird-seat.net/x/Claims-Branch-P-C-x.htm

Any failure to respond to this Notice of Claim, will be considered another act of bad faith and will result in further claims.

Very truly yours,

[Name Withheld], CPCU, ARM
