RE: P&C Insurance Company, Inc - Claims Settlement Proposal
Dear Ms. Clarke:
This letter is to extend the following claims settlement proposal to P&C Insurance Company, Inc.:
To settle ALL CLAIMS against the individual officers, directors and direct employees of P&C INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., I will accept the SUM OF $100,000 for each such director, officer and employee, plus the payment of any, and all, amounts awarded to any, and all, Real Parties in Interest in Woo vs. Harmon, Civil No. CV05-00030.
All terms, conditions, and settlement amounts in this proposal are negotiable.
This offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., Hawaii time, on July 10, 2005.
