This is to inform you that the liability insurance carrier for P&C Insurance Company still has not acknowledged receipt of my original NOTICE OF CLAIM letter dated June 21, 2002, or my follow-up letters of July 9^th and July 27^th.

Would you please contact them and request that their claims administrator or other legal representative contact me as soon as possible in order that I may provide them with updated information regarding my claim.
