Dear Clyde:
Although I sincerely regret having to take this action because of our past personal relationship, due to the fact that Kamehameha Schools and P&C Insurance Co., Inc. have not accepted my repeated offers to try to negotiate an out-of-court global settlement of all unresolved claims, it now appears that I have no choice but to pursue my claims against certain trustees, directors, officers and employees of these named entities on an individual basis. These claims include allegations of fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, obstruction of justice, kickbacks, bid rigging, and racketeering.
