Dear Mr. Phillips:

Due to recent developments in the still-unsettled bankruptcy proceedings, I regret that I now find it necessary to file this official Notice of Claim against you for racketeering, breach of attorney-client privilege, and other Wrongful Acts committed while acting as my attorney for my RICO lawsuit, and, apparently, also acting on behalf of Trustee Mary Lou Woo in the ultimate settlement of that same lawsuit.

I ask that you immediately report this claim to your Professional Liability Insurance carrier and have a Claims Representative for their company contact me within 15 working days for further information.
