RE: Settlement Documents
Dear Mr. Tamm:
In October, I received copies of several Settlement Documents which were forwarded to me by Roy Hughes. In the course of reviewing these documents, I noted several serious discrepancies which I recently pointed out to my attorneys, Roy Hughes and Arnold T. Phillips. It now occurs to me that I should also have forwarded copies of this correspondence to you as any action that may result from this situation would probably also require your involvement. Therefore, I am sending copies of these three letters to you at this time.
I also have a question which perhaps should be directed to you rather than to Mr. Hughes or Mr. Phillips. The notation on the Exhibit 5 cover sheet of the documents reads: “TO BE PROVIDED BY STEVEN GUTTMAN, ESQ.” Do you know approximately when Mr. Guttman is expected to provide this exhibit?
Also, will you be notifying Mr. Guttman of my concerns regarding possible misrepresentations in this case? I believe it may not be proper for me to do so. If I am wrong about this, please advise and I will contact him directly.
