RE: NOTICE OF CLAIM: Harmon Ch. 7 Bankruptcy Case No. 99-04339
Dear Mr. Tamm:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 14, 2002, in which you advised that you had received by correspondence of March 20, 2002, June 29, 2002 and August 3, 2002. Regarding this correspondence, you stated, “All have been duly noted, and dealt with as is appropriate.”
With all due respect, the phrase “and dealt with as is appropriate” is not sufficiently clear as to whether or not you have properly reported my claim to your insurance carrier as I had requested in my previous letters. If you have NOT reported this claim, would you please simply state that you have not reported it. On the other hand, if you HAVE reported the claim, would you please provide evidence that your Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance carrier; the “CLAIMS MADE” date; and the CLAIM NUMBER assigned. If you did NOT have a valid Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance policy in force at the time of my claim, would you make a statement to that effect.
Your immediate response to this urgent matter will be appreciated.
Very truly yours,
Bobby N. Harmon
