Dear Mr. Guttman:

This is to inform you that I have not received a response to my Notice of Claim letter dated August 10, 2005, in which I reported claims against Trustee Mary Lou Woo, you, and your law firm. A copy of that letter and related information can be found at the following Web addresses:

I remind you that these claims were not resolved by the original Settlement Agreement in Case No. 99-04339 (but did arise out of that case), nor in the subsequent arbitration and civil proceedings initiated by you and Mary Lou Woo. Also, I ask that you provide me with the carriers’ names, addresses, policy numbers and policy periods for each professional liability insurance policy carried by you, your law firm and Ms. Woo, in effect at the time that these claims were made. I also ask that with regard to Ms. Woo’s Bankruptcy Trustee Bond, you provide me with the bonding company’s name, address, bond number and effective date.

Your immediate response to this letter is requested.
