This is to bring to your attention what I believe are abuses in the Arbitration system, brought about by the same type of bribery schemes seen with illegal campaign contributions and quid pro contracts. Many of the players in my arbitration case are connected to those you have been investigating. This case has its roots back in 1996 and involves the Kamehameha Schools. I was one of the early whistle-blowers who was fired by Nathan Aipa and Henry Peters. As you can imagine, it’s a long story so I cannot begin to tell it all. What I am doing is sending you a copy of my most recent letter dated May 28, 2004, to James B. Farris of the American Arbitration Association. More information and copies of previous correspondence can be found at the following website: www.the-catbird-seat.net/HarmonArbitration.htm I sincerely believe this situation is not unique to me and that it should be thoroughly investigated. Thank you for your consideration. – Bobby N. Harmon |
