Henry Kissinger Backs
Sen. John McCain
Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger lent his support to Republican presidential candidate John McCain at a Manhattan fundraiser Thursday.
"I think that the most important quality for a president is character," Kissinger said. "All the decisions that the president has to decide, the most important ones are very close decisions. And I have great confidence that John will help us solve the toughest problem for any administration and for our country - to take us from where we are to where we haven't been, and I think John is the man to do this."
Kissinger was one of several people McCain said he calls seeking advice on foreign policy, including Brent Scowcroft, George P. Shultz, Lawrence Eagleburger, Robert Kagan and William Kristol.
"When I have a question about something that's going on in the world, I call Dr. Kissinger and he is able to connect the dots for me," McCain said. "It is easy to be an expert on one aspect of some international situation. He's one of the only people I've ever known who can connect the entire scenario for you in a way that you understand the completeness of the challenge."

Despite the nearly universal idolatry of the so-called “legendary comedian,” there was evidently a part of Bob Hope’s life that was hidden even from his Hollywood celebrity friends.
According to a book by Brice Taylor called “Thanks for the Memories: The Memoirs of Bob Hope's and Henry Kissinger's Mind-Controlled Sex Slave,” things are definitely not the way they seem.
Hope died July 27, 2003 at the age of 100, while Brice Taylor, one of his alleged victims, remains, by this account, a valiant survivor of trauma-based mind control. Having endured a lifetime of high-tech slavery, her autobiography, published in 1999, documents in stunningly nasty detail her abuse at the hands of celebrity perps like Bob Hope, Henry Kissinger, and many others.
"What most of you have not been allowed to know is that years ago, at the outset of the Cold War, permission was given to a hidden group of so-called 'professionals and leaders' to experiment on the unsuspecting American populace in an effort to further a variety of advanced technology," writes Taylor.
"The technology gleaned by the American leaders, medical professionals and scientists was and still is in the form of bio-electromagnetic frequency medicine, genetic engineering, mind control, brain research, near-death experimentation, paranormal/psychic experimentation, remote viewing, time and space travel and other advanced research that make our everyday human understanding look antiquated."
According to her memoirs, Brice Taylor has suffered from man-made artificially induced Multiple Personality Disorder, (MPD) now also called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID. This trauma-based conditioning technique can produce many discrete "personalities" inside a single person. These personalities can then be programmed like a computer to perform specific tasks, either as sex slave-prostitutes, couriers, or “mind-files," accessible only to the person who knows the special "codes" that will access the “program."
Many years of therapy, healing and reconstruction of her own life's memories -- obscured by ritual abuse and mind control programming -- have allowed Brice Taylor to tell her horrific life story....
HIGH TECH WHITE SLAVERY
Taylor's book is the story of the creation of a human robot, a story so mind-boggling and outrageous that it's almost too horrific for words.
As a little girl, Brice Taylor (a pseudonym) was subjected to ongoing traumas, including multiple and continual rapes by her father, who also used her for child prostitution and child pornography.
“For years my father performed a variety of brutal ritual type physical and psychological abuses,” she writes, “among them confinement in closets, cages and coffins, while I was being told I was left to die; near drowning; isolation; needles inserted in sensitive body areas, food and sleep deprivation; electroshock via electric wires, welding equipment and cattle prods; drugging; sophisticated hypnotic and electronic programming...”
She was also forced to participate in torturous rituals and orgies. Then she was “sold” in a slave auction.
Elitists in the market for mind control slaves attend auctions that appear at first like children's fashion shows and then progress to striptease acts,” she writes. “I made appearances at many shows before I was actually 'sponsored' or sold.”
And who was her “owner”? It was none other than world famous celebrity Bob Hope himself, according to Taylor. She later discovered that her other “sponsor,” whom she learned to call “Uncle Charlie” was Charles L. Horn, owner of the Federal Cartridge Company, which later funded Olin Foundation, where he sat as president.
Charlie physically introduced her to Henry Kissinger who continued her mind control programming in preparation for her later use as his “mind file,” programmed with a photographic memory to act as a human personal computer with classified and other government files, accessible to Kissinger only....
Besides being prostituted to the power elite, she was also taught to perform for them. She even recited a “mind control” standup comedy routine for these high-level perverts -- her jokes written by Bob Hope himself.
This “personality” was called “Sharon” and this was her repertoire.
Imagine a kid delivering this monologue for the amusement of an audience of celebrity perps:
“I told my owners it's enough that you clowns expect me to work for free. You know that it was bad enough that they broke the child labor laws, and I told them that when I learned about it in school, they just laughed. But on top of that was slave labor and I recited the constitutional amendment that was causing a problem in my internal mind file legal system. I told Henry it kept getting thrown out and I pretended that it was repeatedly escaping and leaping out of my right ear. He thought I was funny and told me to refile it anyway. Then I was sent off for more reconditioning. I never thought they would stop with that stuff, and I was right. Zap. Zap. Zap.”
The “zaps,” by the way, were electric shocks to “remind” her and “recondition” her programs.
LIFE AS A MIND-CONTROLLED SEX SLAVE
From an early age, Brice Taylor was prostituted as a mind controlled sex slave to Presidents John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and then Governor Ronald Reagan.
I overheard conversations where the President of the United States and other top politicians were offered the services of ‘escorts,' the CIA’s latest human robot technology -- programmed sex and espionage slaves,” she writes.
“They were encouraged to use these escorts to satisfy their sexual and emotional needs, instead of exposing themselves to outside individuals... As I later learned, ‘Project Monarch’ Beta-trained sex slaves were called ‘Million Dollar Babies’ referring to the large amount of money each slave would bring in from a very early age. In the 60s, the use of a Project Monarch presidential model sex slave cost around $1200 for an evening. Henry called me his "million dollar machine.'"
Kissinger also used her as a human personal computer, accessing her mind files at meetings of the Energy Commission, NATO, the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and House Appropriations on Foreign Trade.
GLOBAL POWER GAMES OF THE ILLUMINATI*
Taylor also writes extensively about an Illuminati-like "Council" which directs policies and stages global events from behind the scenes. "Henry was the top dog as far as the Council was concerned," she writes. 'He had the mind they needed that could so carefully strategize plans so far in advance and so he usually got the desired results. In the Council's eyes, Rockefeller was more dispensable because he had the money and power but didn't have the mastermind that they saw in Henry."
“Behind the scenes, Henry controlled decisions and actions taken by the State Department in matters of foreign relations, always attempting to bring about a situation where the Council was in total control globally. They saw it as a game, a lifelong plan, with the outcome hopefully being that finally this generation of the global elite would succeed in the game that their forefathers had not been able to pull off. It created ambition and drive among them."
THE VICTIMIZATION OF HER DAUGHTER KELLY
In a chapter of the book called "Baby Monarchs Are Born," Taylor writes while Reagan was President, the Vice President was a pedophile, describing the traumatization of her daughter Kelly at the hands of George Bush, Sr.
“Over the years, Kelly was closely tied into the trauma I received,” she writes. “Repeatedly she was tortured and traumatized in front of me in an effort to keep me in line. Her torture fragmented her psyche in order to create multiple personalities within her, so she could follow in my footsteps for later use as a ‘presidential model.’”
“Unfortunately she didn't have to wait very long for that so-called 'privilege' as our newly elected vice president at the time, George Bush, was/is a pedophile and Kelly was created to be, as I later found out from a renegade CIA operative, what was called a ‘Bush Baby.’”
Cathy O'Brien, whose own account of her mind control abuse is called “Trance Formation in America,” also coincidentally, or not, has a daughter named Kelly. It's been claimed by government sources that little girl “Bush Babies” are named “Kelly” so the pedophile won't have to remember the name of the little girl he's brutalizing wherever he may be.
Also coincidentally or not, Brice Taylor recounts a story of being hunted by George Bush on Bob Hope's Jordan Ranch in “The Most Dangerous Game.” This deranged so-called “sport” of celebrity perps is also described by O'Brien in her book. The depravity of the criminal power elite is consistent -- if nothing else...

Back in the early Reagan years there was a "Down sizing of Government". This downsizing got rid of American Citizens...and hired minorities (immigrants) who could barely speak and read English.
These individuals were hired in our Records Keeping Departments at local and County Offices, and State levels such as Corporations Commissioners, Attorney Generals, Inspector Generals, and the same for the U.S. Federal Governments Offices.

Sioux City, Iowa – According to leaked documents from an intelligence file obtained through a military source in the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), on or about September 12, 1991 non-performing and unauthorized gold-backed debt instruments were used to purchase ten-year "Brady" bonds. The bonds in turn were illegally employed as collateral to borrow $240 billion--120 in Japanese Yen and 120 in Deutsch Marks--exchanged for U.S. currency under false pretenses; or counterfeit and unlawful conversion of collateral against which an unlimited amount of money could be created in derivatives and debt instruments.
The illegal transactions are also linked to the murder of a U.S. Army colonel charged with overseeing approximately 175 secret CIA bank accounts, according to the officer’s wife, Mrs. V. K. Durham.
During multiple interviews, Durham told TomFlocco.com that Bush 41 and Clinton administration officials visited her husband Colonel Russell Hermann several times in the months prior to and three days before his torture and murder on August 29, 1994....

Cooking the Insurance Books
A Decade of Lax Regulation Lays Groundwork for Scandal

In October, New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer filed suit against the world’s largest insurance broker, Marsh, accusing it of rigging bids and receiving kickbacks in order to defraud clients such as other corporations, city governments, school districts and individuals of billions of dollars through inflated premiums.
“Greedy trial lawyers were the usual excuse for premium increases. Now we know that greedy corporations also have a starring role,” Spitzer said, accusing several insurance companies as co-conspirators in making phony or inflated bids and paying kickbacks to the brokerage to get business.
Spitzer also announced that two executives from the insurance conglomerate American International Group (AIG) had already confessed to related criminal charges. But his investigations into AIG may have only scratched the surface. A paper trail stretching back a decade reveals that AIG used offshore shell companies to skirt the law.
The current scam which Spitzer has uncovered works like this: Marsh, an insurance broker, is supposed to find the best insurance policies for its clients from a wide range of companies. Instead it steered the policies to companies such as AIG that agreed to pay kickbacks. It solicited phony competitive bids for insurance contracts to deceive customers into thinking there was real competition for the business. Marsh made $800 million on kickbacks in 2003 alone - over half its $1.5 billion profit. With a 40-percent share of the global insurance brokerage market, its fraud drove up prices for everyone....
Lax Regulators Give AIG a Free Pass
At Spitzer’s press conference, New York State Insurance Superintendent Gregory V. Serio said: “This has gone from an inquiry into failure to disclose compensation to an active investigation of bid rigging and improper steering. This certainly proves the adage that where there is smoke, there is fire.”
But AIG’s comportment could not have been much of a surprise to Serio, who was New York’s deputy insurance superintendent in the late 90s. That’s when New York and three other states gave the powerful company a pass on some very questionable practices. If they had paid attention to the smoke then, perhaps this billion-dollar fire wouldn’t have ignited.
In the late 90s, four state insurance departments - New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and California were aware that AIG was moving debt off its books via the use of an offshore shell company it secretly set up and controlled. But despite clear evidence of wrongdoing, no sanctions were ordered....
In the mid-80s, two of AIG’s reinsurers failed. The bankruptcy liquidators paid creditors, including AIG, over several years but meanwhile the amount owed was liable to show up as unacceptably high levels of debt on the AIG books.
Trevor Jones, an insurance investigator who for 20 years has run Insurance Security Services in London, explained, “Hank [Greenberg] decided to set up Coral Re [a reinsurance company] to move the debts he couldn’t claim as assets into this other company. ... No real company would play ball, because you are fiddling the accounts, moving your bad debts off your books.”
So AIG went to elaborate lengths to set up a shell company in Barbados, where capital requirements and regulation was minimal compared to the U.S., where American regulators couldn’t readily discover AIG’s involvement and where, as an added incentive, it could move money out of reach of U.S. taxes....
Though it is an American company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, AIG makes extensive use of offshore jurisdictions such as Barbados, Bermuda and Luxembourg that are immune from U.S. regulatory and tax scrutiny. They help the company launder profits to evade U.S. taxes and hide insider connections in supposedly “arms-length” deals. This is especially important as the company has moved into financial services and asset management, handling the wealth of “high net-worth” clients – the mega-rich.
Greenberg has enviable political clout, never so much in evidence as when, with the help of Henry Kissinger – chair of AIG’s international advisory committee and a paid consultant via Kissinger Associates – AIG became in 1995, the first company licensed to sell insurance in China. AIG was the only foreign firm that owned 100 percent of its license there....
Goldman Sachs and Robert Rubin
Coral Re, a Barbados reinsurance company, was launched with a private sale of shares organized by Goldman Sachs, then headed by Robert Rubin, who would become President Clinton’s Treasury Secretary and is now chairman of the executive committee of Citigroup.
A confidential memorandum ... told why the company was formed: “AIG’s interest in creating the Company is to create a reinsurance facility which will permit the U.S. companies to write more U.S. premiums. For a U.S.-domiciled company, a high level of surplus is required to support insurance premiums in accordance with U.S. statutory requirement. The statutory requirements in Barbados are less restrictive.”...
Rubin buddy Bill Clinton, then governor of Arkansas, may also have thrown his weight behind the project. The Arkansas Finance and Development Authority (ADFA), headed by a man who went to work in the Clinton White House, became lead investor, although state law banned it from buying stocks.
The new company was not a legitimately independent business. For investors, there was no money at risk; the board of directors never made a decision; and Coral Re had no office of its own but was managed by American International Management, a subsidiary of none other that AIG.
Eventually, the scheme unraveled. State insurance examiners look at company books every five years. “In 1992, Delaware examiners auditing Lexington (an AIG subsidiary) smelled a rat,” a former regulator from one of the four investigating insurance departments told CorpWatch....
Things have gotten tougher for the company since the Enron affair caused the SEC to look more serious about corporate corruption. ... Last year, AIG paid a $10 million fine to the SEC for helping the Indiana wireless telecom company Brightpoint commit accounting fraud. AIG marketed a “non-traditional” insurance product aimed at “income statement smoothing,” spreading a loss over future reporting periods. The SEC called such financial products “just vehicles to commit financial fraud” and said the insurance giant refused to give it subpoenaed documents, compounding its misconduct. The U.S. Justice department is currently investigating but has yet to file criminal charges.
Business Insurance, a trade publication, editorialized on the timidity of regulators for giving AIG “little more than a tap on the wrist” in exchange for “a promise not to do it again.”...
“The message delivered here is that a company of AIG’s power and complexity can afford to be openly hostile to state oversight and, in the end, have things pretty much its own way. That is a disheartening message, indeed,” wrote the magazine’s editors....

Lucy Komisar is an investigative journalist who is writing a book about offshore bank and corporate secrecy. She receive research assistance on this report from the Arkansas Committee. The committee was started in 1990 by University of Arkansas students, who, suspicious that Arkansas Development Finance Authority was selling more bonds than it could use to finance state projects, demanded the agency’s documents under the Freedom of Information Act. It fought the case to the Arkansas Supreme Court before it got the papers describing the AFDA deal to buy shares of Coral Re.

Research on population control, preventing future births, is now being carried out secretly by biotech companies. Dr. Ignacio Chapela, a University of California microbiologist, discovered that wild corn in remote parts of Mexico is contaminated with lab altered DNA. That discovery made him a threat to the biotech industry.
Chapela was denied tenure at UC Berkeley when he reported this to the scientific community, despite the embarrassing discovery that UC Chancellor Berdahl, who was denying him tenure, was getting large cash payments - $40,000 per year - from the LAM Research Corp. in Plano, Texas.
Berdahl served as president of Texas A&M University before coming to Berkeley. During a presentation about his case, Chapela revealed that a spermicidal corn developed by a U.S. company is now being tested in Mexico. Males who unknowingly eat the corn produce non-viable sperm and are unable to reproduce.
Depopulation, also known as eugenics, is quite another thing and was proposed under the Nazis during World War II. It is the deliberate killing off of large segments of living populations and was proposed for Third World countries under President Carter’s administration by the National Security Council’s Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy.
National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled “Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests,” says:
“Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that ‘depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.’ He quoted reasons of national security, and because ‘the U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S.”
Depopulation policy became the top priority under the NSC agenda., Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers like Gen Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger. According to an NSC spokesman at the time, the United States shared the view of former World Bank President Robert McNamara that the “populatin crisis” is a greater threat to U.S. national security interests that “nuclear annihilation.” In 1975, Henry Kissinger established a policy-planning group in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Population Affairs. The depopulation “GLOBAL 2000" document for President Jimmy Carter was prepared.
It is no surprise that this policy was established under President Carter with help from Kissinger and Brzezinski - all with ties to David Rockefeller, The Bush family, the Harriman family, the Wall Street business partners of Bush in financing Hitler - and the Rockefeller family are the elite of the American eugenics movement. Even Prince Philip of Britain, a member of the Bilderberg Group, is in favor of depopulation:
“If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels” (Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund, quoted in “Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?” Insiders Report, American Policy Center, Dec. 1995)
Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld has been proposing, funding and building Bio-Weapons Level 3 and Level 4 labs at many places around the U.S. - even on univeristy campuses and in densely populated urban locations. In a Bio-Weapons Level 4 facility, a single bacteria or virus is lethal. Bio-Weapons Level 4 is the highest level legally allowed in the continental U.S.
For what purpose are these labs being developed, and who will make the decisions on where bio-weapons created in these facilities will be used and on whom? More than 20 world-class microbiologists have been murdered since 2002, mostly in the U.S. and the UK. Nearly all were working on development of ethnic-specific bio-weapons....
Citizens around the U.S. are frantically filing lawsuits to stop these labs on campuses and in communities where they live. Despite the opposition of residents living near UC Davis, where a Bio-Weapons Level 4 lab was planned, it had the support of the town’s mayor.
She suddenly reversed her position after a monkey escaped from a high security primate facility on the campus where the Bio-Weapons Level 4 lab was planned. Residents claims that if UC Davis could not keep monkeys from escaping from their cages, they certainly could not guarantee that a single virus or bacteria would not escape from a test tube...
Population is a political problem. The extreme secrecy surrounding the takeover of nuclear weapons, NASA and the space program and the development of numerous bio-weapons labs is a threat to civil society, especially in the hands of the military and corporations.
The fascist application of all three of these programs can be used to achieve established U.S. government depopulation policy goals, which may eliminate 2 billion of the world’s existing population - through war, famine, disease and any other methods necessary.
Two excellent examples of existing U.S. depopulation policy are, first, the long-term impact on the civilian population from Agent Orange in Vietnam, where the Rockefellers built oil refineries and aluminum plants during the Vietnam War.
The second is the permanent contamination of the Middle East and Central Asia with depleted uranium, which, unfortunately, still destroy the genetic future of the populations living in those regions and will also have a global effect already reflected in increased infant mortality reported in the U.S., Europe, and the UK.*

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger let verbal support to Argentina’s military junta, which had been cracking down on dissidents, according to newly declassified documents obtained by a U.S. watchdog group.
“We would like you to succeed,” Kissinger told Argentine Foreign Minister Adm. Cesar Augusto Guzzetti during a meeting in New York Oct. 7, 1976, according to the U.S. government records.
His comments were revealed in papers obtained and released Thursday by the National Security archives, an independent Washington-based group that monitors Freedom of Information Act issues.
Kissinger did not immediately respond to calls for comment from The Associated Press. But he has repeatedly denied ever condoning human rights abuses.
He has increasingly faced criticism for U.S. backing of authoritarian governments in Latin America and Southeast Asia as part of Washington’s bid at the time to contain the spread of communism.
In the seven-page transcript marked “secret”, Kissinger is quoted as telling Guzzeti that human rights issues were growing in Argentina.
According to the document, he offers support, nonetheless, to the military rulers who seized power in a coup in March 1976.
“Look, our basic attitude is that we would like you to succeed,” Kissinger said, according to the documents, first reported by The Miami Herald. “I have an old-fashioned view that friends ought to be supported. The quicker you succeed, the better.”
The Argentine military launched its systematic crackdown on leftists groups in March 1976, beginning six years of iron-fisted rule that saw 8,900 people disappear, according to a government report. Human rights groups put the number at around 30,000...
Guzzetti assured Kissinger the country’s “struggle” against the leftists would conclude by the end of 1976....
The military government remained in power until democracy was restored in 1983. Following Argentina’s dictatorship, many ranking military officers were tried on charges of abduction, torture and execution of suspected leftist opponents of the regime. They were imprisoned in 1985 but later pardoned in 1990 by then-President Carlos Menem....

While I've read this book many times over the years, my most recent reading struck me hard. The description of the May 8, 1970 meeting between Henry Kissinger and a number of his friends and personal advisors from Harvard did not seem especially interesting in past years, but jumped off the page this time around.
Thomas Schelling told Kissinger that after the invasion of Cambodia the group no longer had faith in Henry or the Nixon administration's ability to conduct foreign policy, and would have nothing further to do with Kissinger. The group pointed out that the invasion could be "used by anyone else in the world as a precedent for invading another country, in order, for example, to clear out terrorists."
Another section recounts Arthur Schlesinger Jr. quoting a historian's recollection of the Romans -- "There was no corner of the known world where some interest was not alleged to be in danger or under actual attack. If the interests were not Roman, they were of Rome's allies; and if Rome had no allies, the allies would be invented."
Shawcross also notes that in 1964 the US condemned Britain for assaulting a Yemeni town used as a base by insurgents attacking Aden.
Another chilling touch is the mention of Lincoln's reaction when he was advised that the President could invade a neighbor if necessary to repel invasion -- Lincoln replied, "Study to see if you can fix any limit to his power in this respect, after you give him as much as you propose."
Lincoln's famous speech given as a young man in the 1830s in which he remarked that all the armies of Europe could not forcibly take a drink of water from the Ohio River and therefore "... if this great nation is to ever die, it will be from suicide" rings more true than the words of today's politicians proclaiming the right to declare preemptive war.
