Re: Criminal Fraud by Trustees and Officers of Kamehameha Schools
Employer I.D. Number 99-0073480
Dear Attorney General:
This is to transmit copies of my letter dated October 10, 2000 addressed to Janet S. Hughes, Mgr, Employee Plans & Exempt Organizations, and my letter dated October 12, 2000 addressed to Dr. Hamilton McCubbin, Chief Executive Officer, Kamehameha Schools, with enclosures.
Although the Office of Attorney General of the State of Hawaii has apparently reached an agreement with Federal Insurance Company to close out the civil suit against the five ousted trustees of Kamehameha Schools, criminal charges against certain ex-trustees are, to the best of my knowledge, still unsettled.
My major point is that certain officers and independent contractors are still employed or engaged by the estate, and the theft of trust funds and tax fraud apparently continue.
Further information may be found on the following Web site:
Very truly yours,
Bobby N. Harmon
encls.
